Processing Times Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK Delivery
- Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £5.00
- Free Express delivery on orders over £12.00
Local Delivery – Manchester We offer local delivery within Greater Manchester & Cheshire for orders placed before 2pm. Delivery windows are [Find out whats on the product card - it has the info needed]. A delivery fee of £2.00 applies, or free on orders over £30.
International Shipping We currently ship to select countries in the EU, Middle East, North America, and Asia-Pacific. International delivery times are typically 5–14 business days depending on destination. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
