Most snacks are made with ingredients you wouldn't recognise—or wouldn't choose to eat on their own.
That matters, because when you don't recognise what's in your food, it's harder to know what you're putting into your body.
Our signature 'Jus-T-wo' is different.
It's made using just two ingredients—Organic Amaranth seeds and Organic Agave syrup. Nothing hidden. Nothing unnecessary. Just food you can understand at a glance.
We prepare our Amaranth seeds by washing them 3x in tap water to remove any unwanted debris, the Amaranth seeds are popped until all of the seeds have been placed under the heat needed to pop them. Then we combine it with Agave syrup to create a naturally sweet, simple snack.
We chose organic amaranth seeds for a reason — it's one of the few plant seeds with a complete amino acid profile and a naturally high protein content.

Cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats), milk, eggs, peanuts, nuts (e.g. almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios), sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide/sulphites, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, celery, mustard, lupin.
How to make it
To get 8 biteees' results, you will need the following equipment:
- To start, thoroughly wash the raw Amaranth seeds under gently warmed water 3 times.
- Then, air dry these washed seeds.
- After this, place one tablespoon of the washed and air dried seeds into a stainless steel saucepan with the heat of the saucepan being medium to high before the seeds are added and maintain this heat throughout the popping process.
- Then, repeat this using a tablespoon each time until all of the seeds have been popped.
- From there, store these seeds in the Stainless Steel container.
- Then take a weight measurement of agave syrup.
- The agave syrup is then poured into a stainless steel saucepan to be heated on low to medium heat for 3 minutes.
- After 3 minutes, the hot agave syrup is immediately added to the popped amaranth seeds.
- The mixture is combined until the seeds are fully bound.
- Transfer the mixture into a glass container and press down on the mixture until it becomes firm.
- Keep in the fridge for best results and serve after 1 hour.

We make your snacks in small batches on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Orders are dispatched on the next production day and delivered within 1–2 days.
We use express delivery to ensure your order arrives as fresh as possible. To be transparent, this comes at a cost of £9.50 — a reflection of the speed and care we put into getting your order to you quickly.
We also offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00pm, available only within Greater Manchester and Cheshire. To check if your postcode is eligible, select the 'Local Delivery' option at checkout. A £2 delivery fee applies.
