Refund & Returns Policy

Our Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, 8 biteees does not accept returns. All sales are final once an order has been dispatched.
Exceptions
We will offer a replacement or full refund in the following circumstances:
- Your order arrived damaged or visibly spoiled
- Your order contained the wrong item(s)
- Your order was not fit for consumption due to a fault on our part
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number. Requests made outside this window may not be considered.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at Owner@8biteees.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We are unable to offer refunds where:
- Incorrect delivery details were provided at checkout
- The customer was unavailable to receive a perishable delivery
- The product has been consumed and no fault is evident
- The request is made more than 48 hours after delivery
Your Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
